Nanci was great in getting my home sold. From advising how to stage, declutter, and even personal painting assistance to open houses she was right there. She was always seeking my permission on pricing, but also giving me her expert advice. I was never worried that she wouldn’t get it sold.

The advice offered by my real estate agent was consistently helpful, and when there was a knowledge gap, communication on who to reach out to for more information was always forthcoming. The agent was also geared towards my best interest, as there was a moment where a deal almost closed on a home that would have been less than ideal due to an issue found at the last minute. Rather than recommending I follow through to earn the commission now, the advice was to wait until a better option emerged, which did.
